What Makes the Sarbat Khalsa Organisation Different and How Representative Is It

I recently came across the Sarbat Khalsa organisation https://sarbatkhalsa.world/en and would like to understand what makes them different from other Sikh organisations. Why do they call themselves ‘Sarbat Khalsa’ when they seem to have only around 100 members or slightly more? Do they have support from prominent Sikh bodies such as the SGPC, DSGMC, GSC or the World Sikh Parliament?
